Short CV

Michael Grabner received a M.Sc. in Telematics in 2004 from Graz University of Technology. He has been a scientific assistant at the Institute for Computer Graphics and Vision at Graz University of Technology until March 2008. His PhD thesis focused on real-time tracking based on online classification.

Research

My main research interests are in the field of object classification on machines as well as in humans. In particular I have especially developed real-time algorithms for interest point detection and description and object tracking.
