Learning, Recognition, and Surveillance is a work-group at the Institute for Computer Graphics and Vision at Graz University of Technology. The group's main scientific research interests in the computer vision are machine learning and object recognition/detection/tracking, where the main focus of application is visual surveillance. Short CV
Peter Roth received a MSc degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in Mathematics and a PhD degree (Dr.techn) in Computer Science, both from Graz University of Technology in 2002 and 2008, respectively. He is currently a postdoc researcher at the Institute for Computer Graphics and Vision at Graz University of Technology. His research interests are mainly object recogniton/detection and machine learning for vision in particular in the field of visual surveillance.
